The arched landing opens to a gate which provides private access to a further staircase, leading to the heart of Positano down by the beach. Guests are steps away from the celebrated chic boutiques, restaurants and bars.

Each built on 2 levels, the apartments are completely independent. They are, however, adjacent, so that can be rented separately or be grouped together to house up to 8 people. La Sirena is the ideal place for those not wishing to drive a car, although parking is available at a nearby car park costing approx. 18-20 Euro per day.

• A stop for the internal shuttle -bus is right on the road above.
• A walk leads to the top of the village from where one can get the blue buses

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 500.00 is payable on arrival at the apartment (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Mandatory cleaning fees: € 120.00 per week including 2 hours of maid service twice during the week, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone - not available;
• Electricity and water are included in the villa rental;
• Heating is not available.

• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.

Seeming as though it is a town and a garden at the same time, it provides endless numbers of amazing views along the Amalfi coast and a relaxed village atmosphere to accompany the beautiful gardens and grounds of Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo.

Massa Lubrense

As the road winds out along the coast road from Sorrento, one can tangibly feel that they are leaving the city way of life behind. Local farmers (contadini) with their three wheeled Ape Utes tend the olive plantations that string along the rocky hillsides and every now and again the bushes open up to the stretches of blue sea and sights of Capri and the other islands in the Bay of Naples.
