Description This beautiful residence belongs to an old aristocratic family and has that special charm and character typical of period homes with a rich history background: once a paper mill, it was converted long time ago, like many others in the area, into a seaside residence. The views from the house are magnificent; the water is just below the property, access to the sea is private and three large terraces, each equipped with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas are available for the guests. Villa Bizantina combines an exclusive waterside position, proximity to Amalfi and Ravello and ease of access, with a bus stop at only 150 mts from the house. The accommodation runs along the length of the building and consists of four bedrooms, all opening to balconies overlooking the sea. There are two kitchens, at the end of each side of the villa and one of them opens out to a dining terrace. Each wing of the house (North - South) has a separate entrance and during low season it is possible to rent half of the house. Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 1,000.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Mandatory cleaning fees: € 200.00 per week including 6 hours of maid service midweek, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Telephone - yes, €0.30 per unit;
- Electricity is included in the villa rental price;

It is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Amalfi Coast, and the valley opens up to an equally magnificent stretch of coastline. The town is built on steep hills descending to the sea and has been resembled to a wedding cake in terms of its layout and terraces flowing with bougainville vines.

Ravello, located on a hilltop high above Amalfi, has forever left a special impression on travellers who visit there. Seeming as though it is a town and a garden at the same time, it provides endless numbers of amazing views along the Amalfi coast and a relaxed village atmosphere to accompany the beautiful gardens and grounds of Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo.
