DescriptionThe entrance to Torre di Maiori is through secure gates from the main Amalfi Coast drive into a parking area for several cars. Meandering stairs (100) lead down through lovely gardens and terraces to the top level of accommodation comprising a large terrace with a swimming pool (indoor/outdoor heated) and a further large terrace with covered veranda equipped with dining facilities for up to 22 guests, The terrace leads into a kitchen and is equipped with a barbecue. A few steps away is a lovely dwelling comprising a large kitchen, dining room, living room and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It is nicely furnished and bedrooms have beautiful views over Salerno Bay. A further 90 stairs leads down through gardens to a large furnished terrace with a decorative handpainted Vietri ceramic table and chairs. Next to that is the Saracen tower that has a bedroom and bathroom on each of the four levels (the top two with sun terraces) and a kitchen and terrace on the ground level and a dining room with sea views on the first level.

Special Notes for Torre di MaioriThe rates are for a group up to 20 people. For groups of up to 10 people, the rates are respectevely: Eur 4500 - 6500 - 8500 - 10500 Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €2,000 is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Mandatory cleaning fees of €350 .00 are payable on arrival at the villa. 4 hours of maid service per day is included in the villa rental price.
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Electricity is included in villa rental up to 350 kw per week. Additional consumption will be charged at the rate of €0.42 per kw;
- Water and domestic gas consumption are included in the rent of the villa;
- Heating (if required) is an additional cost based on the consumption of energy (electricity);
- Wireless internet is available on the basis of a pre-paid internet card (available at the villa)
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
Other information - The swimming pool is open from April 11th to October 31st
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
