Position10 minutes walking down to the centre and ten more min. to the main beach ''Spiaggia Grande''. A station for the internal yellow-bus is right on the road below. A short bus ride takes guests to the top of the village (every 15 min) from where one can get the blue buses marked SITA to Sorrento (1 h.) or Amalfi (1 h.). Positano is one of the most elegant and well known villages on the Amalfi coast. It is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Amalfi Coast, and the valley opens up to an equally magnificent stretch of coastline. The town is built on steep hills descending to the sea and has been resembled to a wedding cake in terms of its layout and terraces flowing with bougainville vines.

Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 500.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Cleaning is included in the rental price and includes 18 hours of maid service, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Telephone - yes, €0.30 per unit;
- Electricity and airconditioning are included in the rental price;
- Heating, if required costs an additional €150.00 per week.

As the road winds out along the coast road from Sorrento, one can tangibly feel that they are leaving the city way of life behind.
