Apartment Primula is the panoramic attic apartment, decorated in rich primrose yellow and and is furnished with a mix of restored antique pieces, country and ethnic furniture; lovely prints and colourful soft furnishings.

It features a spacious and warm matrimonial bedroom with lovely wrought iron bed and prints, a bathroom with shower and old-world English replica fittings and a smaller second bedroom with twin beds.

The live-in kitchen attractive and colourful, opens on to two terraces: one is the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and village below; and the other with pergola opens onto a large lawned area. Please note that Primula has been recently converted into a two bedroom unit, so the living room photo is no longer current . However, the large and private terrace provides plenty of room for outdoor lounging.

Refundable security deposit.

A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 is payable on arrival at the apartment (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Mandatory final cleaning fee: € 50.00
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone - not available;
• Electricity included;
• Heating (per week if required) - according to gas consumption

• The season for pool opening is 10/05 - 25/10 - depending on weather conditions
  
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
