At entry level:

• Entrance from terrace into a split level living room, with two sets of sliding doors opening to a portico area, furnished with in-built cushioned seating and glass topped tables
• Dining room - opening to front terrace and pool

7 steps down to lower level, with:

• Sitting room with satellite TV and fireplace; bathroom with shower
• Twin bedroom, opening to small terrace and en suite shower room

From middle floor: three steps up to

• Second living area, opening to a covered terrace for outdoor dining, set up with wrought iron, glass topped table and chairs.
• Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, communicating to the dining portico

Steps to top floor, leading to landing and

• Master twin/double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath & handheld shower) and TV, opening to front part of the upper terrace (facing Capri)
• Second twin/double bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV, access to terrace
• Small utility room
• 2 Twin/double bedrooms both with access to terrace, sharing a bathroom with bath

Access: from a narrow uphill private street; staircase ( 33 steps ) or path from parking space.
Note: The parking area is long and narrow, with enough room to manoeuvre a SW car

The villa shares with two other properties a private access to sea (swimming spot from rock, suitable for good swimmers and divers only) from main road below
