Description:Surrounded by a fenced and gated block with native vegetation and gardens, olive and fruit trees, Villa Campi is completely private and undisturbed. Facing South, it enjoys sunshine all day, with the driveway and patios covered with the typical Sorrento cane pergolas, offering shade and shelter from weather. The front patio, adorned with climbing plants, such as jasmines, bougainvillea, wisterias, is fitted with an outdoor kitchen, complete with granite bench tops, stove, sinks, wood fired pizza oven, barbecue and a table for eight. The house is a very solid construction on two levels, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen with meals area and a lounge room. The interiors feature white washed walls and cotto tiles, with country style furniture. Double glazed windows are a standard feature, along with retractable fly screens in all bedrooms. A swimming pool of 8 x 4m is set in the front terrace of the garden, enjoying fabulous views of the Amalfi Coast. The road to access to property is narrow and unlit, but the scenery to be enjoyed is well worth the driving effort and after a couple of days in the area, you will get well used to it. Sant'Agata sui due Golfi enjoys an enviable position on a hill between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. It is the largest village in the Sorrento Peninsula and boasts a few Michelin starred restaurants (Don Alfonso - Taverna del Capitano) and many other fine restaurants and trattorias in the vicinity. Being half way between Sorrento and Positano, it is a very convenient base from which to explore both the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts.

Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of € 500 is payable on arrival at the property. As the road winds out along the coast road from Sorrento, one can tangibly feel that they are leaving the city way of life behind. Local farmers (contadini) with their three wheeled Ape Utes tend the olive plantations that string along the rocky hillsides and every now and again the bushes open up to the stretches of blue sea and sights of Capri and the other islands in the Bay of Naples.
Sorrento
Postcard views of Sorrento often concentrate on the impressive cliffs of volcanic rock (tufa) that run down along the coast in this area and plunge perilously into the sea. These cliffs and the wonderfully rich volcanic soils of the area provide wonderful opportunities for spectacular views from panoramic gardens which feature in this area of Italy.
