A further staircase leads up to the top floor with a further two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with whirlbath) and a terrace which has wonderful evening views of the Isle of Capri and the extensive gardens within the villas grounds.

Large lawns surround the villa and there are areas of flower beds and orchards providing infinite opportunities to find a quiet shady area for some peace and quiet. The swimming pool is situated down a footpath and is slightly lower than the villa. There are several opportunities for outdoor relaxation and meals around the villa. Nearby localities

Sorrento

Postcard views of Sorrento often concentrate on the impressive cliffs of volcanic rock (tufa) that run down along the coast in this area and plunge perilously into the sea. These cliffs and the wonderfully rich volcanic soils of the area provide wonderful opportunities for spectacular views from panoramic gardens which feature in this area of Italy.

Nerano

Situated approximately 14 km from Sorrento, the Nerano locality is a primarily agricultural/fishing community which in bygone centuries had little to do with its neighbouring areas. Blessed by a pleasant climate, wonderful outlook and steep sun drenched descent towards the sea it was the enclave of a small number of families who handed down their interests from generation to generation. Even today it is possible to recognise a strong concentration of the family surnames.
