Featuring a wonderful iron-framed gazebo with glass roof, perfect for dining or simply relaxing, the interior, mainly furnished with XIX century décor, has been decorated in very warm tones, such as pale yellow and warm orange. The floors are covered by Lombard cotto tiles, while all bedrooms have wooden floors; lovely prints and colourful soft furnishings add to the cheering feel of the house

The rental accommodation at Villa Pagoda is situated 400 mts from the centre of the village of San Siro (ex Santa Maria Rezzonica) and 200 mt from Lake Como's shore.

Distances:

• 5 min walk from San Siro, with simple grocery store, pizzeria and bus stop. The village of San Siro water sports facilities are provided (boat hire, sailing, surfing).
• Menaggio - 5km (golf course, shops, bank, post office, restaurants)
• Bellagio - 18km (via ferry)
• Como – 30 km (shops, cafés, restaurants, banks, post office, railway station with connections to central Milan).

Menaggio is situated half way up the western shore of the lake and has a pretty lakeside promenade and harbour to sit around. The town square is compact and lively and there are an assortment of small piazzas with cafe's and restaurants to relax at. The old town, sloping up the lakeshore, is appealing by virtue of its attractive setting. Included in this area are the the hill community of Cremia and the antique fishing village of S. Maria Rezzonico (San Siro).

Refundable security deposit

• A refundable security deposit of € 800.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.
• Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):
• Cleaning fees are included in the rental price of this villa.
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone not available;
• Electricity included;
• Heating (per week if required) not available.

• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
