Eleven two bedroom apartments, sleeping 4 guests (or 6 if using the divan bed) are located on the ground and first floors of the palazzo. Each rental apartment has full self catering facilities and two bathrooms. Occupying 70 sqm each, they are very spacious and the interiors are coordinated and of the highest quality. Of course each apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated and the rental price includes these services.

Description

Palazzo la Corte is a historical palazzo that once served as the manor farm for all of this rich farming land along the Mincio river. Formed around a large internal courtyard, the building has been lovingly restored into 15 apartments of which 11 have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Due to the heritage restrictions requiring the preservation of historical features, all of the apartments are unique and the noble family who still own it have spared no expense in creating first class accommodation in a wonderful area.

The entrance of each apartment is into a large room which has a dining area, including a table for six, a lounge area with two triple divans (of which one can be used as a bed) and an alcove leading through to the kitchen.

A corridor separates the 'day' area from the 'night' area and the two bedrooms can be flexibly configured as twins or double rooms. The two bathrooms are spacious and fitted with a combined bath/shower or only a shower. Most apartments have at least one bathtub.

Some apartments have small private gardens attached for which a supplement of €140 is payable. Please request at the time of lodging your inquiry.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 250 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Arrival times are between 15:00 (3pm) and 18:00 (6pm). . Arrivals outside these hours will incur a late arrival fee of €50 payable at the time of arrival. Departure times are between 8:00 and 10:00.
• The season for pool opening is from the beginning of May to the end of October;
• Please note that laundry facilities are in a shared laundry and not private facilities in each apartment;
  
• Palazzo la Corte has negotiated generous concessions for local activities, including:

• Golf - 20% off public rates at Paradiso and discounts at six other nearby corses;
• Discounts for wellness centre, tennis court use and nearby restaurants

Services included and extras:

• Heating, air-conditioning, gas, water and electricity are all included in villa rental prices
• Final cleaning and a full clean on Saturdays for multi week stays are included in apartment rental prices.
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of € 20.00 per hour
• Telephone calls and internet use will be charged on the basis of consumption;
• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €60 per week
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
