Description Villa Torri is located in Torri del Benaco, a pretty historical town on Lake Garda's eastern shore, known for its waterside medieval castle and its Venetian buildings. The 50 Km shore of Lake Garda, known as the Riviera degli Olivi, is blessed by a beautiful and varied landscape, with a succession of small bays, beaches, small towns surrounded by a Mediterranean vegetation of olives and dominated by Mount Baldo, known as the Garden of Europe. The area offers access to sunny beaches, theme parks and proximity to cities like Verona and Venice, not to mention food and wines. Sport lovers will find an array of activities and facilities: from hiking trails, climbing, hiking, paragliding to water sports such as windsurf, sailing. A few world class golf courses are within a short driving distance. Villa Torri is an independent holiday home in a residential area near Torri del Benaco. Located in a quiet secondary street, the villa is surrounded by a big garden with an ample front lawn spread on three levels, planted with fruit and olive trees and looking out to the opposite shore of Lake Garda. The villa features spacious rooms, a comfortable living and lounge room, two dining areas, air conditioning ( in bedrooms only), three renovated bathrooms. The day area is at the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper level, which also opens out to the garden and to two panoramic terraces, so the house has two independent entrances to each floor. The interiors are warm and welcoming, with casual and comfortable furnishings. The house is centrally heated and has a fireplace, so it is also ideal for a stay outside of the summer season. All bedrooms, except for the master, have parquetry floors, fly screens and the beds can either be single or joined to form queen size beds ( 160 cm wide). The beach is at 400 mt distance and can be reached on foot from the villa. You will find boat hire, small cafes and a promenade which leads to the centre of town. A neighbour's horse and donkey live 100 mt away.
Position The villa is located in a quiet secondary street (narrow for the last 300 mts). A few minutes drive or a 10 min walk will take to the town centre with an abundance of shops and restaurants Distances: - Torri del Benaco - 1 Km

Special Notes for Villa Torri, Lake Garda Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €600 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
- A forfeit of €100 per week is required to reimburse electricity, air-conditioning and water;
- Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of oil at cost (approx €1.60 per litre);
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.

Located at the bottom of the Lake, Peschiera del Garda is a wonderful lakeside town constructed on the banks of the Mincio river. Close to Verona and with magnfiicent views up the lake, the town is convenient and a wonderful holiday destination by virtue of its proximity to major attractions including Venice, Verona, the Lake Garda and Gardaland, Europes second largest fun park.
Malcesine
Malcesine lies on the eastern side of the lake. This town is the most important one on this side of the lake and also one of the most beautiful ones on the whole of the lake. The town is framed by the mountains behind and facing others on the opposite side of the lake. The little town still retains its picturesque medieval centre and nerby small harbour and castle.
