Description
Outside the opening to the 'palazzo' is a characteristic cobbled street with streetside trattoria complete with chequered tablecloths, corner bars and the inevitable flow of tourists and Romans going about their daily chores. Entering a large arched stone doorway, a cobbled walkway leads past the concierge into a large courtyard. A lift leads to the fourth floor where Apartment ?? is located. The door leads directly into the large studio apartment with wooden table and chairs, comfortable two seater couch and queen sized bed. Two large windows look out over the courtyard and have wonderful views of a neighbouring roof garden and attractive roofscape. Off to one side is a doorway leading to the bathroom which is comfortably refurbished and has a combined bath/shower. Double doors lead from the bathroom onto a small balcony which overlooks an antique church cloister with impressive frescoed walls dating from the XV century. Looking left is an impressive roofscape with the large dome of Sant Agnese church in the distance. A further doorway leads from the main room into a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 ring cooktop, oven, refrigerator and necessary implements and croquery. Situated barely 150m from Piazza Navona, the apartment is very central to all major Roman tourist attractions and can be rented for shorter periods.

Special Notes for rental Apartment Agnese 2012 prices are provisional and may be revised, however most owners will accept bookings at 2011 prices until the new prices are confirmed. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €155 is payable on arrival at the villa and the preferred method is to place a reserve on your credit card. The reserve will be removed on final inspection excepting in the event of damage and therefore no charge will appear. Services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Final cleaning fees are included in the rental amount as are electricity, gas and heating / airconditioning (where provided)
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

A beautiful seaside area featuring clear blue seas, picturesque coves and long sandy beaches. The seaside towns and villages have a wonderful lively character during the summer months and colourful restaurants spill out onto public piazzas during the evenings.

As the road winds out along the coast road from Sorrento, one can tangibly feel that they are leaving the city way of life behind. Local farmers (contadini) with their three wheeled Ape Utes tend the olive plantations that string along the rocky hillsides and every now and again the bushes open up to the stretches of blue sea and sights of Capri and the other islands in the Bay of Naples.
