The property has been finely renovated in typical, local style with stone walls throughout, wooden beams and rustic, antique furniture. Built on two floors, the guest accommodation is comprised of 2 appartments – L’Ulivo which sleeps 4 on the ground floor and Le Vite which sleeps 5 + 1 on the first floor. Each apartment is easily accessible from the outside via a private entrance. The swimming pool is equipped with sun lounges and adjacent changing room with bathroom. Just 7 km from the town of Aqualagna and 50km from the sea, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday encompassing countryside, seaside and a true Italian experience.

Special Notes for Il Rustico - Ulivo, Le Marches, Acqualagna, Italy Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. A security deposit of €150 is required to be lodged on arrival and will be refunded on departure subject to any damage caused during the stay. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Final cleaning fees are included in the price of the villa. Additional midweek cleaning can be requested at €50 per service.
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €5.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
