Description The entrance to Villa Bellisio leads off a small road into a tree covered driveway secured by double steel gates. To the left there is an expanse of lawn with lovely views over the countryside and an inviting swimming pool. Walking down to the well furnished pool area, one can appreciate the beauty of the surrounding Marche landscape and envisage hours of friendly conversation from under the canopy of the pergola or the furnished portico at the rear of this holiday cottage. Entering into a lovely luminous living room with large window and enjoying that same view, one can imagine that this would also be a delightful escape for the cooler months with a roaring open fire and wonderful luminosity of the room. The kitchen beside the living room is well equipped for even the most discerning cooks and easily accesses the eating areas outside. There is also a double bedroom with bathroom on this floor and a service bathroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are a further two bedrooms comprising a double and twin (can be joined) sharing a further bathroom. Furnished in a rustic country style, the whole experience at the villa is ensured to make guests feel a part of this wonderful community for the period of their stay. No wonder they come back again and again!
Location Villa Bellasio is located in the Marche hinterland approximately 40km from the seaside and close to some wonderful natural features including the Fasassi caves and the Furlo Gorge. Special Notes for Villa Bellisio Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Final cleaning costs are included in the villa rental amount. Additional mid week cleaning may be requested but will be charged as an extra of €50 per time;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
- Utilities costs (except heating) are included in the villa rental price;
- Electricity is included in villa rental.
- Water and domestic gas consumption are included in the rent of the villa;
- Heating (if required) is an additional cost based on the consumption of energy;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
Other information - A welcome basket is provided on arrival (mainly for breakfast);
- The season for pool opening is - May to September;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
