DescriptionThe apartments are all tastefully furnished in the local country style and each is equipped with all the conveniences for a relaxing stay. The beauty of Il Casolare is that the apartments can be configured as a country house for one large group, mid sized groups renting two or more apartments, or for individual families who can enjoy their independent entrance and find space to themselves in the large grounds.
A good sized swimming pool (15m X 7m) and lawn patio area is situated a short distance from the villa and the area is furnished with picnic tables and chairs, deck chairs with sun shades, large parasols and 4 gazebos (large umbrella type) for relaxing in the shade. Close to the patio area there is a covered outdoor cooking area with wood fired oven and grills (one portable) for outdoor barbecues.
The nearest town of Cantiano is only half a kilometre away with other places of interest, including Fano (seaside), Urbino (historic town), Gubbio (picturesque town) and the Montefeltro region within easy driving range.

Special Notes for Il Casolare - Whole Villa rental
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €150 per apartment is payable in cash on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: - Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
- The swimming pool is open from May to September;
Services included and extras: - Final cleaning is included in apartment rental
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €5 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
- Additional maid service can be requested at an additional cost of €75 per service
- Telephone calls and internet connection will be based on consumption at 30 cents per unit;
- Heating, if required, is €10 per day and payable locally
- Kitchen gas and water costs are included
- High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €50 per week
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
