La Chiesa - Alba The Alba apartment occupying the whole first floor of La Chiesa is accessed from a separate entrance and has exclusive use of a long veranda at ground level on one side of the villa. Enjoying uninterrupted views over the surrounding hills and close proximity to Urbania, it is a perfect location (TEST)

La Chiesa - Tramonto The beautiful ground floor apartment of La Chiesa opens onto a splendid garden with delighful views of the surrounding hills. Discretely screened from the upstairs apartment which opens onto a separate balcony, the apartment offers privacy and uninterrupted views.

Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 400.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.
Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Cleaning fees are included in the villa rental price;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
