Description Casa Rosetti, having been recently restored internally and externally is a perfect refuge for those who want to stay in a quiet but not secluded place but also have great access to the wonderful cultural, artistic and historical features of the area. The interiors of the property are tastefully decorated with pastel colours with matching curtains and fabrics and the furniture has been carefully chosen to complement the styling of the house. Externally there is a wide terrace equipped with garden furniture and a small, private plunge pool. The cottage is fitted out comfortably and the owners have incorporated modern comforts into the accommodation ie air-conditioning, heating, satellite TV, dishwasher etc. Entering directly from the terrazzo into either the kitchen or the living room there is an open bedroom alcove with twin beds. A door leads through to a further double bedroom and bathroom which in turn leads through to another single bedroom.

Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €400 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: - Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
- The swimming pool is open year round;
Services included and extras: - All cleaning is included in the weekly rental price and no extra is payable except in the event the villa is left in a unacceptable manner
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
- Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of € 12 per hour payable locally
- Electricity and utilities consumption is included up to 200Kwh and the excess consumption is payable at the rate of €0.25 per Kwh;
- High chairs and cots are available on request at no additional cost
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager at an hourly cost of €12;
- The owners offer a welcome basket of some breakfast items for clients who miss the shops on arrival day;
