Client: This is the third time our group have been in Tuscany, all at different locations. The places we have been to previously have all been great places but Podere Ambra is on a different level. The scenery, the accommodation, the proximity to interesting places, the service, the wine, the food...everything was just spot on! Grown-ups and kids alike loved the abundance of deer and wild boars roaming around in the glades and everyone improved their tennis, boccia, and swimming skills. Filippo gave us excellent service whether we needed to book a complete restaurant or wanted to arrange a BBQ for all 34 of us. We would love to come back!

Nearby localities

Siena

Siena is one of the most beautiful towns of Tuscany and perhaps Italy. Surrounded by olive groves and the vineyards of Chianti the town is set on three hills and is mostly pedenstrian only. At the centre of the town is the large Piazza del Campo, noted for the Palio horse race held each July and August and full of activity year round. An important university town, Siena has wonderful outdoor cafes, piazzas, churches and museums.

Radda in Chianti

A lovely hilltop village surrounded by the rolling hills, forests, vinyards and olive groves of 'Chianti Classico'. There's a medieval feel to this village that has withstood the development of modern civilisation to retain its wonderful character and the warmth of the local population.
