La Pergola's entrance leads into a veranda, with open kitchen and marble dining table which looks out over the garden and vineyards. Further inside are two lounge areas featuring stone walls, one with an open fireplace and the other with a white sofa.

The bedrooms are on each side of the two lounges. The first double bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom /shower, and the pink double bedroom with walk-in robe, adjoining smaller room with a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.

The garden is for the exclusive use of this apartment, however there is a communicating opening into the garden of Casa Guardia next door in the even of two families holidaying together.

To reach the park with swimming pool, tennis court, lakes and walking tracks, there is a 200m walkway down to the local road (very few cars) and a further 50m down to the swimming pool
