Description

The main entrance at the rear of the building opens into the upper floor foyer / sitting room area with a broad stairwell going down to the first level. On either sides of the foyer are doors leading into bedrooms - on one side a double with ensuite bathroom and on the other side two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. From this last side, a further internal staircase leads down to the ground floor.

The central staircase leads down to the ground floor where an open dining room and adjacent kitchen are situated. To one side a door leads into a large living room equipped with a sofa bed. We don't usually encourage the use of divan beds, but this apartment of 250 sqm has already ample living areas and the use of this second living room as a bedroom is worth considering, particularly as it has a separate toilet room (no shower or bath though). Access to the garden is through a door from the second living room.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator and a full set of cooking utensils and crockery. A separate laundry is provided and the apartment has independent heating, satellite TV, telephone, and an ADSL internet connection.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 260.00 is payable on arrival at the apartments (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally (in Euros):

• Mandatory cleaning fees of €80.00 per week are payable and include a mid week change of linen, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
• An indoor garage is available at a cost of €10 per night;
• Late arrivals are allowed between the hours of 7pm and midnight if preadvised;
• Telephone - charged according to useage;
• ADSL - charged on a time basis;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally through the reception area;

Other information

• The season for pool opening is - mid May to end September;
• From June through September live concert with cocktail reception every Monday and in winter, 'Spaghetti and Jazz';
  
• A communal laundry is provided free of charge
• Mountain bikes are provided free of charge
• Arrival times are between 5pm and 7pm and departure times between 8am and 10am
