Internally, the apartments can be joined to make a single apartment for four people, although in this situation, it would also be thinkable to use the pullout divan in one of the livings rooms to make a third bedroom, thereby accommodating six people.

Internally, the apartments have been carefully restructured and feature rich 'live' stone walls and warm terracotta baked floor tiles. These original features have been complimented by contemporary styled furnishings which are comfortably light and in harmonious colorings. The beds are of the highest quality which combined with the pure mountain air, ensure a wonderful nights sleep.

The addition of state-of-the-art audio visual systems represents a compromise - albiet necessary, in todays modern world. Similarly the corner kitchens have been furnished with all modern conveniences including dishwashers, stainless steel stoves and microwave ovens.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Mandatory cleaning fees: € 80.00 per week including cleaning on Saturdays and final cleaning on departure. Daily maid service is available at an additional cost of €35 per day;
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone - Not available;
• Internet - Euro 30 per week unlimited use;
• Electricity - normal consumption included (excludes heating)
• Heating (per week if required) - based on energy consumption at cost.

Other information

• The season for pool opening is from the end of May to the end of September ;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
