Palazzo Acacia - 4 panoramic apartments + terraced gardens & pool

Entrance through portico gates into paved area opening onto top terraced lawn/garden area. At the right of the entrance are the enclosed stairs leading up to first and second floor apartments. A paved walkway leads around the front of the building to the covered barbeque and outdoor eating facilities and communal laundry. Seven steps lead down to the lower terrace with the Roman shaped pool (approx 4m x 8m, min depth 1,2m) and a large lawn area looking over the valley and hills to the west.

Garden apartment 1 - Ground Floor - sleeps 2 (can be joined with apartment 2)

Entrance near front gate leading into living room (CD stereo, DVD player, satellite TV, ADSL extra) with double sofa bed, kitchen corner (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and dining area opening on to an outdoor terrace with table and chairs. A doorway leads through to a main bedroom consisting of queen size bed leading to alcove containing built-in wardrobes for clothes and storage, bathroom with shower (hairdryer).

Garden apartment 2 - Ground Floor - sleeps 2 (can be joined with apartment 1)

Separate entrance from front walkway into spacious living-room (CD stereo, DVD player, satellite TV, ADSL extra) with double sofa bed, kitchen corner (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and dining area, bathroom with shower (hairdryer). Doorway through to main bedroom with queen size bed and built-in wardrobes providing access on to the garden area with outdoor setting.

Apartment Panoramico - 2^nd floor - sleeps 6

Entrance landing opens into a spacious large living room with fireplace (CD stereo surround sound system DVD player, satellite TV, ADSL extra) and access onto the furnished terrace which runs along the entire apartment

A wide portico entrance leads through to the gourmet kitchen - 6 burner stove, fridge/freezer, double oven, dishwasher, microwave)

A further corridor leads down to:

• Panoramic dining room with setting for six and access doors to terrace
• Master bedroom (king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom (shower, hairdryer) opening to balcony
• A second double bedroom (queen-size bed), bathroom (bath, shower, hairdryer) opening onto the balcony.

A spiral staircase leads to attic room with two single beds.

Doorway through to antique kitchen with original stone cooking area and stone sink which opens out to a furnished terrace. Modern kitchen facilities have been added - 4 burner stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
