Il Monsonaccio farmhouse and barn

Il Monsonaccio was a typical Tuscan farmhouse comprising the farmhouse and a detached barn that has been carefully refurbished into four apartments with a combined sleeping capacity of 26 guests.

All apartments are furnished with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, fax, ISDN line and security alarm system. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. Kitchens are fitted with a 4 burner electric cooker, oven, dish washer and refrigerator.

The Monsonaccio farmhouse's four apartments share a swimming-pool (8 x 15 m, min. depth 1.20 m, max. 2.60 m) that is 50m from the accommodation, surrounded by gardens and tall shady trees and equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds.

Guests also have also access to a common parking area for private vehicles. Every apartment has its own outdoor garden space. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer in common.

Independent house (170 sq.mt.) with exclusive 750 sq.mt. garden, ground floor + first floor, sleeps 8.

Ground floor: drawing-room, small box room-closet, large sitting-room with fireplace, kitchen / dining-room with access to the garden, 1 double-bed room, 1 twin-bed room, 1 bathroom with shower.

First floor: 1 double-bed room with attached bathroom (shower), 1 double-bed room with attached bathroom (shower).

The first floor is accessed by an internal flight of stairs. All ground floor rooms access the garden.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival at the property (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.
