Il Monsonaccio farmhouse and barn

Il Monsonaccio was a typical Tuscan farmhouse comprising a farmhouse and detached barn that has been carefully refurbished into four apartments with a combined sleeping capacity of 26 guests.

All apartments are furnished with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, fax, ISDN line and security alarm system. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. Kitchens are fitted with a 4 burner electric cooker, oven, dish washer and refrigerator.

The Monsonaccio farmhouse's four apartments share a swimming-pool (8 x 15 m, min. depth 1.20 m, max. 2.60 m) that is 50m from the accommodation, surrounded by gardens and tall shady trees and equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds.

Guests also have also access to a common parking area for private vehicles. Every apartment has its own outdoor garden space. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer in common.

Ground floor (125 sq.mt.), sleeps 6: drawing-room, large sitting-room / dining-room with kitchen unit (separated from the sitting-room by 3 steps), 1 WC (separated from the sitting-room / dining-room by 1 step), 1 double-bed room with attached bath (shower) - 4 steps access the bathroom, 1 double-bed room, 1 twin-bed room, 1 bathroom with shower. All rooms access either the garden or the patio.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival at the property (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

• Stays of shorter than one week are possible, and prices per night are one sixth of the weekly fee.
