Varramista Estate, Tuscany The estate is comprised of 400 hectares of farmland, forests and four separate residential areas. Guest accommodation currently includes 3 farmhouses and barns (La Frasca, Il Monsonaccio, la Lecceta), which are rented out for short periods, including week-ends, weeks and months with a wide selection of apartment types. Total accommodation capacity is more than 70 guests. A further three farmhouses are care due to be developed in the coming years and are all quite separate from the existing structures. All apartments are comfortably furnished in local style, and are fitted with comforts and modern day facilities including air conditioning, satellite TV and Internet connections. Each farmhouse is equipped with its own swimming pool. La Frasca La Frasca is a spacious elegant colonic home, that can sleep up to 20 people. The colonial house, which overlooks Tenuta's vineyards, is surrounded by a green expanse to ensure privacy as well as to allow for outdoor dinners and ceremonies. Houses are furnished with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a security alarm system, satellite TV/DVD and stereo, telephone/fax and HDSL connections. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. Kitchen furnishings comprise: cooker with electric oven, dish washer, microwave oven, large refrigerator, American coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. La Frasca holding's exclusive facilities number: a swimming-pool (7.5 X 15 m, min. depth 1.20/max. 2.60 m) equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds, besides an external laundry room (2 washing machines, tumble-dryer).
