Tuscany, South of Siena, Palazzone
Palazzone is a small characteristic Tuscan village in the hills below San Casciano dei Bagni. A tiny centre with just two cafes, bars, some well stocked general stores, post and some excellent local wine cellars, it has everything one could wish for on a self-catering holiday. The village is practically closed to traffic being a medieval town with very narrow roads. As a result the central piazza is a lively place for locals to meet for a coffee and converse. The local area has sport fields, tennis courts and some lovely country walks. We offer a selection of rental villas in the Palazzone area including some that are walking distance from the village. |

Getting to and from PalazzonePalazzone is situated 10km from the main north/south motorway exit at Fabro, which is approximately half way between Florence and Rome (approx 1.5 hours each way).
