Description

A lovely studio apartment, situated on the ground floor in a peaceful area only five minutes away from San Stae, that looks over a shady garden patio equipped with a small square table with three iron chairs, a wooden deckchair and a large umbrella for its private use.

Elegantly furnished, the central area of the apartment functions as both the bedroom and living area being furnished with a comfortable sofa-bed, two small white wicker tables, a chest of drawers, a multi-use cabinet, two armchairs, another round table with two chairs, a mini-fridge and the television.

Entering from the main door a small hallway leads you to a basic kitchen separated from the rest of the apartment and is equipped with an electric stovetop with two burners, a microwave, a dish cabinet, a sink and a refrigerator with freezer. Between the kitchen and bathroom, equipped with a large box-shower, is situated a store-room which acts as a wardrobe and, by request, can be kept open conjoining the next door apartment.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €250.00 is payable on arrival at the property (credit card authorisation). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 15:00 (3:00pm) and 19:30 (7:30 pm). Departure is by 10:00 on the day of departure. You will be met at the closest boat (Vaporetto) stop, unless you arrange a transfer in which event you will be met at the closest point to the apartment (please apply for water taxi prices)
• Please note that this apartment does not have a washing machine, dishwasher or satellite TV
  

Services included and extras:

• Final cleaning fees of €60.00 for the 2 person apartment are not included in weekly rental and are payable locally.
• The consumption of electricity, gas and water is included in the apartment rental price
• Heating and air-conditioning use are included in weekly apartment rental prices
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking (usually €55 to 23:00 and €70 thereafter). Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 70.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby cots can be requested and a supplement of €70 per stay is payable on arrival. Please note that linen is not provided for cots. Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
• Amongst our staff, we have some excellent cooks who are available to prepare home cooked meals in your apartment incorporating typical Venetian dishes. Costs are based on time and ingredients - please apply.
