You can enjoy great views of the lake from your large swimming pool. There are also trees that provide privacy. This area is surrounded by sun loungers on the decking. The villa has many seating areas and a barbecue area that make for a wonderful alfresco dining experience. The villa offers great features for those who love the outdoors. There is a 9-hole course in the garden and a tennis court. You can also rent two boats to the lake, including a 40Hp motorboat, and a dinghy sailboat.

The villa has a cosy fireplace nook, with terracotta floors and crushed velvet sofas. It also features an open fireplace. The large dining room is elegant and luxurious. It features a large banquet-style table, a vintage chandelier, plants pots and gold motifs. A second TV room is casual in design and features a flat-screen television with large, comfortable sofas and armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the garden and is complete with your cooking essentials. There is a loft area in the villa that houses a billiard table and an electronic piano as well as a variety of games.

You can also take a helicopter from the airport to reach the villa, so you can arrive in style while enjoying the full view of the lake. The flight takes approximately fifteen minutes and can accommodate up to four people. Champagne is provided upon arrival for a cost of 900 euros. They live on the property and can help with any queries or assistance. On request, the swimming pool can also be heated.
