Villa Chiara

Villa Chiara has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 8 people. There are 2 floors with the rooms. The first floor is a spacious and beautiful suite with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double access that can be accessed both from the indoors or the garden. There are 2 additional double bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. One of them has a view terrace and the other is accessible via an internal staircase.

A major feature of the villa's exterior is the fully-fenced, infinity swimming pool, which can be found on its entire exterior. The terrace is completed with a solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas, which completes the outdoor space. There is also an outdoor kitchen and barbeque area as well as a large, spacious terrace with panoramic views and an expansive lawn area. There is plenty of space around the perimeter of the villa where you can enjoy quiet moments or camaraderie with your friends and family.

The living room is the first thing guests see when they enter the house. It includes a dining table, a living space with sofas and fireplace and also has a living area. Fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven and a dishwasher. It also has a stovetop that can be used as a 5-burner stove. The living area also features a small living space with a sofa that converts easily into a double bed for an additional 2 people.

Guests will be pleased to see the extensive coverage provided by satellite TV channels and free WiFi. A gate is installed to make it easy for families with young children and an alarm system provides security. The staff can provide linen changes every week, while guests have the option to use the laundry area outside for their laundry needs.
