Bright and spacious, the ensuites have windows that overlook the countryside and are beautifully decorated with plush towels. The annexe is a charming addition located approximately 20m from the main house. It has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace for guests who require additional space. If desired, the villa can be rented with only two bedrooms. The annexe is not available for rent and will remain closed.

French doors open to the pergola through the living room and kitchen. Under the vine-covered pergola, there is an area for alfresco dining. This is the ideal spot to take in the stunning views of Tuscany at night. The pool, which measures 14 x 4.5 meters in size, is located on the lower level. It is equipped with sunbeds and towels as well as an outdoor shower.
