Villa Marina Nerano

Villa Marina has four well-equipped bathrooms. It also features four bedrooms. Each bedroom is perfectly decorated to provide restful sleep. The first unit houses three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a matrimonial and spacious terrace with stunning views of the ocean. The room also has a flat-screen satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom with enclosed shower, hairdryer, toilet, and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms also have a double bed and television each, along with a large window that overlooks the villa's beautifully-manicured garden and ocean. Between them, there is a shower. The villa's second unit contains a fourth bedroom with a double bed, TV, and a terrace. You can relax after a hard day with this luxurious bathroom that features a jacuzzi tub. All four bedrooms have heating and air conditioning units.

Villa Marina features two terraces, both measuring 45 square meters large. The porch covers the second terrace, which is partially shaded with olive trees. The first terrace has sun loungers and tables, which are great for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline. You can also enjoy outdoor dining on the second terrace, as well as a brick barbecue for grilling delicious meals. A ping-pong table provides entertainment for both adults and children. Villa Marina's grounds are enhanced by a 4mx8m swimming pool, which is partially shaded by olive groves. The pool area can be accessed from April to October. It is equipped with sun loungers and chairs, a table, and an outdoor shower.

Two living rooms are available in Villa Marina's apartments. They each have a bright, airy layout that guests can use to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The first living room has direct access to the terrace and a flat-screen TV with local channels, a sofa and a ten-seater table. The first apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that includes cutlery and an Italian coffee maker. It also features a microwave oven, fridge with freezer, electric oven and a four-burner gas range stove. The second unit has a large living area that opens to a separate kitchenette. This kitchenette has a variety of modern appliances and an icemaker.

Upon arrival, a welcome dinner will be served for all guests. There is mineral water, fresh seasonal fruits, wine, ham and tomatoes, as well as cannelloni with the meal. A three-hour cleaning service is provided every day. The linens, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries are changed on a daily basis, ensuring that your comfort is guaranteed.
