Villa Montecucco

The villa has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 people. The bedrooms are decorated with natural tones and soothing colours. They all boast stunning views and TVs. The upper level houses three of these beautiful rooms, while the main floor has the fourth. The rooms have beautiful beamed ceilings and soft, yet brightly coloured walls. Two queen rooms are available, as well as two rooms with twin beds that can be converted into large doubles. Every room is equipped with quality bedding, high-quality sheets, duvets, pillows, and comfortable, for a restful night. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with two of them having bath tubs. The two additional large showers are beautiful and complement the bedroom decor. You will find thick, fluffy towels and hairdryers.

A fenced saltwater pool measuring 4 x 15 metres is also available. The villa comes equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs to enjoy the Tuscan sun. There is an outdoor shower located near the pool deck. The shaded outdoor lounge is sure to be popular and there's a dining table that seats 8 under the pergola covered in grapevine. Beautiful views are enhanced by the gardens. Large lavender, roses, and mature trees add to the beauty of the garden. The property is full of herbs, including rosemary and sage.

The large, welcoming entrance hall leads through the portico with flowers to the family room. This room is a great place to get together as a group, and have fun. The lounge features plush seating and beautiful local textiles. It also has a large HD TV and stereo to entertain guests. There is even a large table where you can play board games. The lounge is bright and sunny and cosy in the evenings.

The villa has a farmhouse-style kitchen that opens out onto a pergola covered with grapevines for outdoor dining and a view of endless beauty. The kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and a dishwasher. It is ideal for guests to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the large dining table which seats 8 people comfortably. The outdoor dining area is located right next to the kitchen, making it the ideal location for alfresco dining while taking in the stunning views of the countryside.

The upper level has a lovely living room with a fireplace. This is the perfect place to spend quiet evenings with family and friends. The loggia is located on the upper level. It's a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the natural beauty around you, or a quiet evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the olive groves.
