Villa Micol's 17x5 m private swimming pool is surrounded with Mediterranean trees and a large fenced-in park that offers stunning views of the Apuan Alps.
Each of the two villa buildings is independent, but close enough to be able to enjoy their own facilities. They each have WiFi and air conditioning. The main villa features four bedrooms with queen-sized beds, ample storage, blackout curtains, and spectacular views. The master bedroom features a stunning glass doorway that opens onto the terrace and pool. The apartment is detached and has a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed located in the kitchen/dining area. It also includes a private shower bathroom. These cozy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.

The nearby beaches are perfect for sunbathing, water sports, and swimming.
Villa Micol, a great base for seaside and sun enthusiasts, families, and friends to explore Liguria, Tuscany, and the local cuisine, is ideal. You can drive to the Cinque Terre beaches and also the Versilia beaches within 5 minutes. Shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The area is also known for its beautiful cycling routes, which offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
10/10We where 2 families with a total of 10. Beautiful property with large garden and infinity pool. Great to eat outside. It is such a beautiful house in a unique and outstanding position. The owner and his team were amazingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended indeed :)
10/10The property is really nice, very modern, comfortable and very clean. We have found everything we need, nothing is missing. It is a 2-minute drive from the sea. We thank Massimo Conti again for the hospitality that has reserved for us and we hope to return to stay in this lovely house :)
10/10We loved this very large villa in the historic area of Bocca di Magra. The bedrooms were large with plenty of large windows to catch the evening breeze. We enjoyed the large pool area space as well as a relax areas for sharing meals and playing games. Bocca di Magra is a lovely village with shops restaurants and everything you need.
8/10This is the second time we rent this Villa We love the location of this property set between Liguria and Tuscany . We were a little disappointed to learn that there is no washing machine in the house but there is a laundromat in Sarzana which is just a few km from the property.The Villa is really comfortable and it is the right place for those who want to visit Cinque Terre, Lerici, Versilia and surroundings.A special tks to the agency for their recommendations and wine tour.
10/10We loved the Villa! The staff in Italy were so friendly and helpful. The lovely pool was very popular with the younger members of our family in particular. Rooms were cleaned and very comfortable . The kitchen was large and fully equipped. Thank you for the wine ( which we thoroughly enjoyed) and tks for the booking process which was so efficient.
