It only takes a few minutes to walk from the retreat, which is located on the hillside above Tremezzo, to the lovely resort center. Moreover, it is also located close to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and wine bars in the neighbourhood. There are two supermarkets, as well as a bakery, in the nearby town of Mezzegra. The facility also houses a greengrocer, a café with gelato, as well as a lakeside restaurant that serves a wide variety of food. In Tremezzo, there are buses that run along the western coast of the lake towards Como as well as Menaggio.
