Around the port are the majority of bars and restaurants. The route along the harbor is beautiful. It can be crowded during the day. The route is pedestrian-only in the evening. There is also a small castle in the town with Arab and Norman heritage.

The Villa is situated at a short car drive distance from Nature reserve lo Zíngaro which I highly recommend to visit (you will need walking sandals to be allowed in).
