Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with one on the upper mezzanine. Each one is unique and beautiful. They combine romantic, traditional, and modern convenience. A dining table and chairs are provided on the terrace. There is also a barbecue nearby. There is ample parking available at the villa.

This space features a sofa, a coffee table, fireplace, and a baby grand pianist. A bright dining area is located next to it with large French windows that allow for views of the Italian countryside. There is also a second dining area that has a long, mini-banquet-style table. The first floor of this home is unoccupied and is therefore not accessible.
