The cottage has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bidet, rain shower, and shower cubicle. Toiletries and towels are included. The bedroom features a side table with beautiful lampshades. The large windows and tall wooden ceilings allow for plenty of air flow. The second bedroom features a double couch bed and a bathroom shared. Extra pillows and high-quality sheets ensure a good night's sleep. Artwork adds to the ambience of each room.
Many guests enjoy hanging out at the private swimming pool located outside of this rental cottage. Relax on the sun loungers or take a dip in turquoise blue water. The pool terrace is located at the foot of a small mountain. Surrounded by lush lawns and gardens, you will feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Greenery is everywhere. There is also a jacuzzi in the house for a relaxing bath. The pool terrace and the garden are decorated with outdoor furniture including rattan chairs. The outdoor barbecue is reached by descending a few stairs. There is a small area where you can eat alfresco. This is a place where up to six people can eat together. Villa Costa has a parking spot for one vehicle.

Monterosso al Mare is a great place to taste the white wine, olives and grapes. La Pigna is only 200 meters from the property. Beverino, only 3 km away, is a great place to visit. Here you will find restaurants, shops and supermarkets. You can also visit the Church of San Michele Arcangelo and the Parish Church of Santa Croce. Pisa is 84 km away from your luxury villa.
