The villa has three floors and is designed in a rustic, elegant style. The ground floor has a living room/kitchen that leads directly onto the patio. The kitchen has been fully modernised and includes an espresso machine, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and a dishwasher. The indoor dining area is also located here, and it's flooded with light from the large floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the garden. The design of the villa was geared towards the comfort of the guests. This is reflected in soft, cosy furnishings, as well as original architectural features like wooden beams and arches.
