The first floor has two bedrooms, both with large king beds, and an ensuite bathroom. You will have easy access to a lovely balcony and a sunny terrace on this level. Of the two ensuite bathrooms, one has a shower and the second has a tub. There is also a toilet on the first floor of the house.
