Villa Diamante offers private access to Campomarino Beach and is nestled in a beautiful corner of Maruggio. This villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and consists of two floors, each with its own entrances that are connected by an inner courtyard garden. The Villa Diamante consists of four bedrooms, spread across an area of 170m2. The ground floor has two double bedrooms that are located on opposite sides of the living room. They share a large bathroom with a shower. Two double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom are located in the basement. The living room also has a sofa bed that can be occupied by extra family members or friends if you need to sleep. The villa also has a large kitchen with a dining area, a terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a garden with a swimming pool.
A private bath directed to the Mediterranean ocean will be found in the villa's inner garden. You will also find three outdoor hot water showers and two laundry areas outside. These are great for washing off saltwater and sand. There is plenty of room in the garden to store your boating equipment, such as canoes and inflatables. The large terrace overlooks the beach and allows you to enjoy the breathtaking views while having an alfresco meal with your loved ones. If you want to relax on the beach while grilling up a delicious meal, there are barbecue facilities available.
Villa Diamante was designed to allow for stunning sea views from almost every corner. The living room has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow you to watch the waves crashing on the shores from your couch. The living room opens onto a glass-walled kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, crockery and utensils to make your meals. You will also find a living and kitchen area in the basement. This is ideal for families that want to live apart.
Villa Diamante is able to accommodate small pets. On request, and with an additional fee, you can book weekly towels and linen changing services. Final cleaning is available at no additional charge. You can be sure that WiFi and on-site parking are available at no additional charge.
Because of the fine white sand that lines the beach, you can take a dip in the warm, clear waters of the ocean at any time of the day. The Maruggio center is located nearby, making it ideal for those who need to go shopping or simply want to enjoy an evening stroll and soak up the atmosphere of the local area while they shop. The beach is well equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, making it perfect for a day of relaxation. Sea sports such as windsurfing, kite flying, and kayaking can also be enjoyed here. There are also several restaurants and cafes nearby for those who want to take a break from the sun and enjoy a great meal.
Porto Cesareo can be reached within a twenty-kilometer radius. There are many street food vendors as well as a wide range of nautical activities to keep you occupied here, with some of the best beaches in the area. The local cuisine is among the best in Italy, and the clear waters of the Ionian Sea make this a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling. The backdrop of the ancient city of Lecce adds even more charm to the scene.
