The main house has three floors. The ground floor contains a double room with a queen-sized bed. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a queen bed and a walk-in wardrobe. These three bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. One has a bath. In the family bathroom, there is a large shower that can be used to take a bath in the morning before going to bed or just relax. The terrace of one of the bedrooms offers a stunning view of Tuscany, its hills and valleys as well as the town of Massarosa. Villa Marina Tuscany has another cottage that includes a bedroom. Together, they can sleep up to 8 people. The cottage has a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that offers a wonderful view of nature. These cozy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.

You will find many olive and oak trees on the property's extensive grounds. The large pool is located in the middle. Relax on the poolside loungers or under the shade provided by the large trees. Relax with a drink, a good book, the Tuscan sun or just snooze off in a lazy afternoon. If you're an early bird, go for a run around the garden.
