Casa i Pini, an ancient Etruscan town in Italy, is home to a magnificent old dame. It has expansive grounds and a majestic architecture. This residence dates back to the 1700s. It is part of old Leopoldina which refers specifically to buildings that were built in this region of Val di Chiana. The restoration has preserved its charm and heritage while creating a welcoming, rustic, and cosy atmosphere for its guests. Casa i Pini is a combination of the main house and the annex with 4 bedrooms for 8 people. It boasts a sprawling outdoor area and garden, spacious interiors, and well-appointed furniture and fittings that compliment the country-themed design the owners chose. This villa is located in Tuscany, making it easy to access all the amenities and activities.
Casa i Pini has 4 bedrooms, which can sleep 8 people. They are located on 2 floors: the first floor and the disposition annex. There are 3 rooms on the first floor, including 1 triple and 2 double rooms. One of these rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The disposition annex also houses a double room and a bathroom with a shower. These rooms feature simple furnishings, such as dark mahogany furniture and a wooden dressing table. The distinctive wooden ceiling beams are the main element.

The outdoor area features a tranquil green lawn and a large turquoise pool in the middle. The pool measures 4mX8.8m and is flanked with deck chairs. It also has an outdoor solar shower. The pool also features a beautiful gazebo and a stunning stone barbeque. This makes it the ideal place for alfresco dining or socializing, where guests can try their hand at the barbecue.
There are 2 entrances to the indoors of the Leopoldina main residence. They are located on the ground floor. The 1st entrance leads to the large kitchen, which is well-equipped and conveniently located near the outdoor barbecue and gazebo. The left-hand side of the kitchen has a smaller living area, while the right-side houses a larger living space that includes a fireplace. Through an internal staircase, the living room leads to a sleeping area on the second floor. You can continue to the disposition annex, where your guests will love the charm of the self-sustaining building. It has a kitchen with a fireplace, seating area and dining table. There is also a master bedroom.
The guest package includes services such as weekly changing of sheets and towels, complimentary Internet Wi-Fi, high chairs, and baby cots upon request. The final cleaning service is a chargeable and compulsory fee. Pool use is limited to April through September.
Casa i Pini can be found just 7 km from Cortona. The nearest station for public transport is the Camucia Cortona train station, which is approximately 4 km away. You can also find other facilities within reach like Monsigliolo, with bars and minimarkets located 1.5 km away and Camucia, with its large selection of supermarkets and service shops, at 4 km. These would be very useful for guests.
The I Girasoli (Camucia Cortona ar) Coop is another 4.5 km away. Those who are more adventurous can head to Montepulciano, which is about 30 km away, and Arezzo, which is about 32k m. Tuscany's Montepulciano is one of its most beautiful towns. There are amazing views from Montepulciano's hilltop location and it has a charming old town with traditional restaurants and shops. In Arezzo, you can also explore the Medici Fortress, Arezzo Cathedral, and the popular Roman amphitheater. 10/10We loved our month at the Casa I Pini. The location is perfect - we loved being so close to Cortona and Camucia. We were able to see so much of Tuscany and beyond from this central location. The women who manage the rental are easily accessible and eager to fill any need. The couple who owns the home take such good care of it and will be there at the drop of a hat if you have a problem. The home is clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen is really nice. A lot of airbnb's we have spent time in have junky furniture and kitchen supplies - not here, everything is incredible quality. The gas stove was so nice to cook on! We loved the pool and the outdoor grill as well. They were so accommodating of our children and even got us a second crib and high chair when some friends were visiting. We definitely would come back in a heartbeat - you really can't beat the location and amazing people
10/10The owner himself came the first day and invited us to take as much as we can the Vegetables and Fruits from the garden and two days later we had fresh eggs on the table in the morning. The house is beautiful and has everything what we needed, the Terrasse (our loving place) was great to read, drink, eat and whatever during the day until the night. The pool was great and absolutely necessary :-) Also the conversation and support by the agency was very good, thanks to all of them!
10/10We had an amazing week staying at the fantastic Casa I Pini! The villa was clean, very nicely decorated with good quality furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we also loved the outdoor barbeque. The property was so idyllic with nice seating areas, a great pool and lots of flowers and fruittrees. The location close to charming Cortona is perfect to explore central parts of Tuscany, lying close to Siena, Montepulciano, Lago Trasimeno, Florence and more. It is also not that far from the costline of Tuscany if you have a car and fancy a daytrip to the ocean. The lady who manage the rental was very friendly and helpful in every way, and available for us throughout the whole stay. The owners of the house were so friendly and went to great lengths to make us feel welcome - so appreciated! When we arrived they even greeted us with wine and homemade cookies - what a treat! Their friendliness made the whole experience truly amazing! We had a absolutely lovely stay at the Casa I Pini and would go back in a second if we could
