Villa i Cocciai is a beautiful Tuscan villa with a design that evokes a farmhouse. It is located just 1 km from Cortona's historic center. The villa has a built-up area of 185 square meters and is spread over 3 storeys. It is entirely constructed in stone and sits over a lush garden with fresh flowers and trees. There are 4 bedrooms, which can hold up to 10 people. The interiors are traditional in style with wooden ceiling beams, wooden furniture and cosy decor. It has a terrace that overlooks the beautiful views of the valley, Lake Trasimeno and offers guests a chance to enjoy the view throughout their stay.
Villa i Cocciai has 4 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 10 people. The villa has 3 floors, and all rooms are spread across them. On the ground floor is the first room. It has double beds and guests can request an additional bedroom. This comes at a cost of Euro 100 per week. There are two additional double bedrooms on the first floor. Guests can also request a single bedroom at the same rate of Euro 100 per week. On the 2nd and final floors, you will find a second double bedroom.

The wooden patio is adorned with parasols and deck chairs to provide relaxation and enjoyment for guests.

To provide the best comfort for guests, the owners have carefully restored the villa's interiors. However, the villa's unique Tuscan-style architecture has been preserved. The ground floor, which is built on 3 floors, consists of a large area with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a stone fireplace. The gardens are accessed through beautiful French windows that open up. You will find a beautiful living room with armchairs and sofas on the first floor. A second kitchenette is located adjacent to this one, which has the essentials like an oven, fridge, stovetop, and microwave. The internal wooden staircase leads up to the topmost floor. Here, you will find a living area with sofas and a kitchenette.
The villa comes fully equipped with free WiFi Internet. Heating and air conditioning are also available on a consumption basis. For guests with young children, amenities such as high chairs and a baby cot are available. The service team will also make sure that the bed linens are changed weekly.
The villa's prime location means that guests can easily walk to Cortona's historic center in less than 15 minutes. It is only 1 km away. Guests can also use the villa's location to drive around Umbria and Tuscany in their own cars. Camucia is located 2.2 km away. It also includes the Camucia-Cortona train station, which is similar to Cortona. Terontola is 8.4 km away.
In the countryside near Castiglione del Lago, Terontola is a quaint little town situated at the foot of a hill. As a historic crossroads between Florence and Rome, as well as between Perugia and Foligno, it is situated between the shores of Lake Trasimeno and the fabled hills of Cortona. The town has good access to both centers and is ideally situated between Florence and Rome. As it is located right on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, it makes a great place for exploring both regions due to its good location.
10/10The place was spectacular. It had awesome views. We were able to eat outside one night with the gorgeous valley view. Elisabetta; the owner was at our beck and call. She came one to give us keys since our other travelers were still sight seeing. Also ask for the chef Alaina to come cook delicious meals for you at the Villa. It is a very special place.
10/10This Villa blew us away, each and every picture on the internet looks exactly the same in real life! Elisabetta and Carlo our hosts were beyond fabulous. They understand the meaning of service. They take any sense of stress. All appliances, furnishings, kitchen ware etc is in great shape or almost new. House was great for having three couples as each had their own apartment with the same single Villa 1/2,mile steep walk from house to center of Cortona at piazza was good work out each morning but thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed one month and didn’t want to leave
10/10Everything was perfect: Elisabetta and Carlo are amazing hosts, generous, helpful, very friendly. The villa was exactly as good as described, very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped, nicely-kept garden and beautiful swimming pool with adorable view over the landscape.
