Villa Amiela is located just a short walk from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi. It plunges its guests in an enchanting neighborhood that includes rolling hills, rugged coastlines, lemon trees and scenic routes overlooking Costa Rica. The villa has three stories and a 300m2 area. Villa Amiela has eight bedrooms, each with luxury linens that will help you fall asleep at night. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both have air conditioning units and basic amenities. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a queen-sized bed, while the second one has two single beds. This is ideal for children. Five additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with queen-sized beds. The eighth bedroom can be found on the second level. It has a queen-sized bed and a small fridge. There is also a bathroom attached with a shower, WC, and hairdryer. A private access is also available to the eighth bedroom from which you can enjoy a view of a small terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a table. To provide some relief from the summer heat, all bedrooms have air conditioning.

It has enough space and tables and chairs that can seat up to twenty people. Right adjacent the terrace is found a meticulously-manicured garden filled with lush foliage, colorful flowers, local plants, and ancient trees swaying in the warm Mediterranean breeze. You can even use the outdoor bathroom to wash your hands, and there is an outdoor kitchen that you can use to grill a delicious alfresco meal. Villa Amiela guests can take a dip in the 8x4 m private swimming pool whenever they feel like it. After a long day of adventure, the pool area has sun loungers and umbrellas. It is the perfect place to relax after a hard day. You can wash off chlorine in the outdoor shower after your swim.
Villa Amiela has a professional-grade kitchen with an Italian coffee machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, electric oven, and an induction hob. This space is ideal for entertaining guests. Relax in the living area and enjoy a digestif after your meal. There are comfortable furnishings and a flat screen television with satellite connection. The air-conditioned space has large windows that overlook the stunning garden views. There is also a laptop computer available for guests who need to catch up during their stay at Villa Amiela.
Villa Amiela offers a variety of services. A friendly housekeeper will come every two days, except Sundays, to take care of your house chores. Three cars can be parked on-site. Upon arrival, guests will be given a Welcome Kit. All buildings have free WiFi.
