Villa Costanza makes Italian vacation dreams come true. Boasting 1600m2 in size, this cliff top villa not only offers its guests an impressive view, but also the most luxurious and restful vacation they have ever experienced. This charming, four bedroom villa sleeps up to eight guests in a comfortable and private environment, and is located just 5 minutes' walk from Maiori's stunning beach. Its luxurious infinity pool invites private views across the ocean from the sun beds that are located on the deck, both under cover and in full sunlight. As you walk into the home, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and an inviting atmosphere. This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a hydromassage tub, outdoor and indoor dining areas, (3) bathrooms, TV with satellite channels, entertainment amenities, Wifi, central heating and air conditioning, and a large fully equipped living room.
There are four beautiful bedrooms in the villa, two of which are on the ground level, and one of which has a sea view . A chromotherapy shower is available in the bathroom on this level for the two bedrooms that share a common wall. Equipped with bathrooms with chromotherapy showers, the two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of which has a lovely terrace. Designed as calm, peaceful and tranquil spaces, each bedroom offers comfort along with crisp linens and high quality comforters. Thick fluffy towels are provided for each bathroom. With soothing furnishings in muted tones of blue and high-end finishes, both the bedroom and the bathroom have a luxurious and elegant feel.

This beautiful villa provides privacy, space, and stunning views in a scenic location, with an infinity-edged pool and sun loungers so guests can enjoy breathtaking sea views. There are a lot of relaxing areas at the villa for guests to enjoy peace and relaxation. These include a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi, a deck where guests can soak in the beautiful views, and a solarium with an outdoor shower. A parking area is directly accessible from the main road and can accommodate two vehicles. There is a delightful garden surrounding the villa, and it is completely enclosed by lush foliage. A number of terraces provide the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a drink while taking in the breathtaking views, both day and night. A lovely alfresco dining and lounge area, along with a BBQ, will be a great place on a warm evening to enjoy the stars. Guests will be able to take in the breathtaking view of the spectacular coastline from every room in the hotel.
The living space, which is situated on the ground floor, is flooded by sunlight, creating a brilliant, intimate atmosphere, allowing you to relax and enjoy the views as you soak up the sunshine. The living room, dining area, and kitchen receive a lot of natural light during the day and enjoy a nice view of the twinkling lights of the coastline below as the sun sets during the evening. Featuring a stylish design with stunning shades of blue and crisp whites, this villa is impeccably decorated and blends beautifully with the breathtaking views near the large windows. It has a large plush sofa with a flat screen satellite TV next to it, along with a wonderful fireplace as an additional feature, creating the perfect environment to unwind after a busy day of enjoying what this wonderful region has to offer. The spacious dining table is the perfect place for a leisurely meal with good company, discussing the day's findings over a good meal while you chat about your day. With French doors leading from the living space, there is an alfresco dining area and outdoor lounge, which is a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning views and enjoy a coffee before the sunrise or a cocktail at sunset. This modern well-equipped kitchen won't let you down if you want to cook, as with a full range of benches and high-end appliances. For the convenience of guests, there is also a washing machine provided.
In order to ensure a pleasant stay, the villa is deep cleaned between our guests and an end of stay cleaning is also included. The housekeeping service is also provided once a week. There is also a porter available to assist you with your luggage, and gardening services are available upon request. A range of additional services are also available, including daily housekeeping, private transfers, childcare, breakfast, on-site chef, pre-arrival shopping service, day trips and tours, and boat and bicycle hire, among others. There is a charming town off the Amalfi Coast called Maiori, which is about a 1 km drive from Villa Costanza, a small and charming town situated on the coast of the Amalfi. There are many reasons why guests will enjoy a day out at Maiori's beach. Besides the promenade being a great place to sit and drink, the town offers a lot of other things, such as churches, medieval aqueducts, great shopping, and beautiful architectural buildings.
10/10Amazing location with a beautiful view of the sea and the Amalfi coast. In reality, even better than the impression you get from the pictures. The property is very kind and available to meet the needs of the customer. Despite being used in the middle of winter time and in four couples we had no discomfort. The zip line that allows you to carry your luggage to the price of the house is particularly convenient.
10/10This villa is all about the outdoor space. It is in a remote location with many steps to it - however supplies can be delivered and luggage moved by a pully system. The outdoor space and views are stunning!! Vittoria & Carlos were great to deal with, We enjoyed out stay
10/10The views are one in a million. Very memorable stay for myself and my family. We did not want to leave. Carlo was there to help us get situated and was indeed very helpful. Ask him about his private dinners as it was a fantastic experience having him cook for us. Highly recommend staying here. If any guests are on the older side they may experience some trouble getting up and down the stairs to enter the villa but we found it good exercise. Very memorable. The pictures don’t do it justice ! Thank you again Victtoria and family

10/10I had booked Villa Constanza for friends and myself to stay for our wedding in Ravello (along with 2 other villas nearby) We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The views are beautiful!! You have an amazing view of Ravello which was so nice for me and my husband-to-be to be able to say "Wow, we are getting married up there tomorrow!" Our friends can't stop talking about this trip (and our wedding!) We just wish we could have stayed longer. The villa has lots of outdoor space which allowed for us to have stunning wedding photos taken in the grounds. The day after our wedding we were able to chill and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi with all of our friends. Bellissimo! Vittoria was very helpful letting us know local information and arranging taxis for our wedding. There is plenty of parking for the villa. There are a few steps up to the villa, maybe 60 but totally worth it! There is a luggage lift which we really appreciated as we had some large suitcases with us. The first night we ordered from a nearby restaurant, Santa Maria, who will deliver to the villa. Its not the best food in Italy but we definitely welcomed the ease of ordering in the night before our wedding! Thank you Vittoria, we will be back :-)
