Three bedrooms are available to accommodate up to five people. The bedroom 1, located next to the living area, is equipped with a double-sized bed. It is the largest of the three bedrooms. The single bed in bedroom 2 is perfect for children. The third bedroom has twin beds. The large windows let in natural light. The bedrooms have air conditioning and heating for your comfort, according to the season. There are two bathrooms with large mirrors and modern faucets. Toiletries and towels are included. These cosy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.

Scalinata Apartment is located behind the Spanish Steps in an historic building. You will find a cobblestoned road right outside the house. You will see the Sallustiano Obelisk if you turn left. Just below the obelisk are the Spanish Steps. You can descend the steps and reach the Piazza di Spagna where you will find many attractions such as the Fontana della Barcaccia or the Keats-Shelley Memorial. It is one of the best-known residential areas of the city. This is a friendly neighborhood, with many cafes around the corner for a quick breakfast or coffee. The interior space is 110 square metres. For your comfort, the living/dining area is open and has sofas with deep cushions. The 32-inch TV allows you to make the most of your time indoors with friends and family. This room has a formal dining area at the opposite end. The apartment allows all guests to sit together and eat a meal. A sofa bed is available in the living room for an extra guest. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the home. The sunny balcony has a second dining table, ideal for a breakfast or meal. The kitchenette has an electric stove, four burners of gas, a microwave and a refrigerator. In the laundry room, you can use the washing machine.
