Three bedrooms can comfortably sleep six people. The first bedroom has three beds: one double, one single. Bedside tables come with lampshades so that you can read your book before going to bed. Beautiful paintings cover two walls. The smallest bedroom, the second one, is furnished with a single-sized bed. The walls are decorated with floral wallpaper. There is also a small desk. The largest bedroom is Bedroom 3. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a separate seating area. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. The 28-inch TV in the double bedroom offers a view of Trinita dei Monti, a Renaissance-era church. Deimonti features two bathrooms. One has a shower and the other a bathtub.
This apartment is only a few minutes away from Piazza di Spagna in Rome, an historic square. Percy Shelley, John Keats and other famous English poets lived here. This world-famous square is a cultural treasure. Fontana della Barcaccia is close to the Spanish Steps. Piazza Navona and Vatican Museums are also nearby.
Interior of the property measures 150 square metres. It includes a large living room, complete with dining area and kitchen, as well as two terraces. The interior design of the home is contemporary. The vintage look is achieved by using quality wooden floors, wallpapers, and walls with a mild color. In the living room, plush sofas surround a 40-inch TV. You can enjoy the outdoors by having a large window on one wall. This room has a six-seater dining table at the opposite end. There are two terraces available. Sit here and enjoy your morning coffee. A smaller terrace of 15 square meters is located at the opposite end of the apartment. It has a table and chairs that can accommodate 4 people. You will find a variety of modern appliances in the kitchen to prepare a meal on your vacation.
Shared Bathroom
Every Saturday and Wednesday, a morning housekeeping service will be included in your stay. Air conditioning and heating are also included. Deimonti Apartment is able to accommodate up to 9 guests. Additional beds and sofas are available at no charge. All services will be subject to VAT and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
You will find many historic villas from the 17th and 18th centuries in nearby streets such as Via Frattina and Via Dei Condotti. Walk down Via del Babuino to reach Piazza del Popolo. The Flaminio Obelisk is located in the middle of the square. It's one of Rome’s tallest obelisks. As you climb up Pincian Hill, you'll be rewarded with a fantastic view of the city. Around you, there are many boutiques and high-fashion brands such as Gucci, Bulgari, and Valentino. This luxury home offers a direct view of the 16th century Trinita dei Monti Church.
