Six of the eleven bedrooms of the house can be found on the first floor. There are five identical suites inside the hotel, all of which are lavishly decorated with glorious original frescoes. Located up a small staircase, the sixth room is equally stunning and beautifully appointed. The second floor is where we find the remaining five bedrooms, three of which are king size bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony, the other two are double rooms. There are six stunning bedrooms for you to choose from. Each is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with luxurious bedding and linens, a safety box, individually controlled cooling and heating, mosquito nets, and minibars. All of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, some include bathtubs and showers, some have bathtubs only, and others just have walk-in showers. Each room is spacious, bright, and well equipped with fluffy towels, toiletries, hairdryers, robes, and slippers to make your stay more enjoyable. There is also a cosy living room on this level of the villa that is a great place to curl up with a good book and enjoy some time alone.

It is a glorious property with a wealth of magnificent grounds to explore, including an Italianate garden with perfect symmetry and an array of fantastic topiary work, as well as many thousands of rose bushes winding around the lovely paths, wafting their heady scent through the air. A large swimming pool is situated in the heart of the park-like grounds and is perfectly framed by a bay hedge, offering a view of the lush gardens and a beautiful scent from the rose-covered pergola. A sun lounger and sun umbrella are available for all guests to enjoy a lazy day under the Tuscan sun in the shade of the sun loungers, along with pool towels. The best way to end a wonderful day of relaxation is with a sunset cocktail and an alfresco dinner under the stars. This villa also comes with a large BBQ area with a huge outdoor dining table and chairs.
Throughout the living area, warm sunlight floods in, creating a sunny and comfortable atmosphere for cozying up in the evenings and taking in the views. As the spacious area is surrounded by a variety of large sofas and armchairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the elegant setting. In the lounge you will find a flatscreen TV with a selection of international channels, an iPod dock, free WiFi throughout the house, a sound system and satellite TV, as well as a luxurious decor. It is simply the best place to enjoy your evening with family and friends. The large oak table can comfortably seat 22 people and is a wonderful place for enjoying leisurely meals with great company, talking about the day's adventures. It is a beautiful space, which is decorated with spectacular ornamental touches, and it is an excellent place to enjoy a delicious meal. There is a full chef's kitchen in the villa, which is spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. The villa rental includes a full breakfast every morning, so guests can enjoy wonderful fresh local produce of the best quality. There is also a large larder that completes the kitchen area. There are also two guest bathrooms on this floor, as well as a fully equipped study that includes a PC, a printer, and a photocopier for those who need to catch up on work during their stay. The elevator and a beautiful staircase are used to connect the three floors of this magnificent villa.
The villa rate includes daily breakfast, as well as six days of housekeeping per week.
