El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio y baño privado. También tiene unas vistas impresionantes. Un balcón frontal con asientos al aire libre y una mesa de desayuno le permite disfrutar de las montañas circundantes y el lago durante todo el día. Otros dormitorios tienen camas dobles. Uno de los dormitorios es el Ático, que tiene una distribución y estructura únicas, y también cuenta con una pequeña zona de estar con sofás y una cocina americana.
Los huéspedes de Villa Poletti disfrutan de un ambiente relajante con un exuberante césped verde y una gran variedad de arbustos y árboles centenarios. Esta es una característica importante. Además, el personal de Villa Poletti le cambiará las sábanas y las toallas a mitad de semana. Los huéspedes con niños pequeños pueden utilizar las cunas, tronas y barandillas para camas infantiles. Si lo desea, puede contratar a un chef privado en que le preparará deliciosos platos italianos y locales durante toda su estancia.
Bellagio también es conocida como la "Perla del Lago Como", debido a su extraordinaria belleza, sus callejuelas empedradas y elegantes edificios, y el parque de Villa Serbelloni (parque aterrazado del siglo XVIII con vistas al lago). La villa se eleva sobre el pequeño pueblo de San Giovanni, que cuenta con un pintoresco puerto, muelles para el desembarco de embarcaciones y playas de guijarros. También domina la encantadora aldea de San Giovanni, con su histórica iglesia, restaurantes, tiendas de ultramarinos y preciosas cafeterías. También puede tomar el tren lanzadera desde San Giovanni para llegar al centro de Bellagio en sólo 5 minutos. Un paseo de 15 minutos llevará a los huéspedes a los asombrosos jardines de Villa Melzi. También podrá pasear por el centro de Bellagio en 30 minutos. Se tarda sólo 5 minutos en llegar al centro o a cualquier tienda de comestibles.

9.6/10The property is amazing with incredible views of the water. We highly suggest everyone read notes carefully from the owner. The location is fairly long walk and busses are rare but if you have a rental car you will not have any issues.

9.8/10We took a family vacation with 10 people (all adults) and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautiful and the property manager was incredibly helpful. We did not have a car, so we did a fair bit of walking to get to places, but we had no trouble with that and the sites along the walks are great. If we are fortunate enough to go back someday, I would definitely stay there again.

9.6/10We visited Villa Poletti with 4 couples and had a great time. The place is great, views amazing and we really had a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this villa! The place is about a 15 min walk along a winding road to center of Bellagio and there is not a great taxi/uber/car service in area. I recommend someone having a car to make dinners in town easier. We also utilized the ferry from San Giovanni, just a few minute walk but the times are limited. There is a great coffee and sandwich shop NeNe in SanGiovanni.. delicious!! We can't wait to go back!
10/10Our family of 7 had a fabulous stay in Lake Como at Villa Poletti. The website and other reviews were accurate - it was what we imagined and we had a fabulous stay. Some of the best nights were relaxing on the terrace watching the sunset and the great view of the lake. It took a little time to get boat, bus, walking times down, but once we did everything was very smooth. The views from all the rooms are unforgettable. We loved our short walk (getting a little exercise everyday) to the main part of San Giovanni to catch our ferry to Bellagio and fell in love with cappuccinos, croissaints and local food selections at NeNe. The walk to Bellagio was also good exercise and mostly a beautiful path where you only had to be on the busy road for a short time. We have already recommended the Villa to our friends and will definitely be back ourselves.

10/10The view from this villa is the best view on the lake! We were super impressed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the furniture was great. Our favorite part was sitting on the back patio and enjoying the amazing view. I would love to come back to this exact same villa every year!
10/10We loved our stay at Villa Poletti. Absolutely stunning views of the lake. Great family villa. We will cherish our memories of staying there and hope to come back soon. Great location. Bus stop for Bellagio outside the villa. Or 25 minute walk to Bellagio through St Giovanni village and Melzi gardens. Some traffic noise, but the views and comfort of the villa more than made up for that. We also loved the St. Giovanni church bells.
