10/10The strong points are certainly the large swimming pool and the garden (especially for our four-legged friends) and the total solitude and tranquility of the villa.
10/10The most positive aspect of the structure is the well-kept outdoor area and the swimming pool, which is also well kept and clean. The house has a very pleasant appearance, especially for the architectural details and for some furnishings.
10/10Perfect for a couple who love peace and relaxation. Swimming pool which gives a great advantage compared to other structures. The countryside is very beautiful while the best sea (Torre Guaceto and Apani is quite distant. The proximity to Ostuni is excellent for shopping and other services.
10/10Well-designed very comfortable house, very fully equipped with everything needed. The pool is excellent. Airco is very welcome, although the house is quite cool without it. Very spacious with a lovely garden and sun terraces surrounding the pool.
